Thank you for shopping at Blavinn. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. All items undergo strict quality control and careful packaging before handover to carriers.

2. Shipping Destinations & Fulfillment

  • We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on the United States.
  • Orders may be dispatched from our global fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, or Germany, depending on your location and product availability.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

  • Shipping Method: Standard International Shipping
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders
  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Transit Time (5–8 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates from the shipping date, not the order date. Transit may be delayed due to customs or carrier operations.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) and carrier link.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • International shipments are routed via reliable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) and handed off to local postal services (e.g., USPS) for final delivery.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For U.S. shipments, applicable taxes are included at checkout.
  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Blavinn is not responsible for additional charges imposed during or after shipping.

6. Address Requirements & Failed Deliveries

  • Ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package:
    1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
    2. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Requests outside this window may not be accepted.
