1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags, hanging ribbons, and hygiene liners must remain intact.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns for items showing obvious signs of use, washing, or missing/damaged parts (not due to our error) are not accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fees).

Defective or Damaged Items: Blavinn covers return shipping costs. Contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Customer Change of Mind / Wrong Size: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items. Blavinn cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@blavinn.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions from us.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt. You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have approval but no refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take 1-3 business days).
- Contact your bank if needed.

7. Sale Items & Exchanges

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items marked Final Sale cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
